What does this actually prove?
The working scope is supported by my current role and documented design work. Production outcomes and confidential screens are not published.
Sales activity becomes difficult to manage when the system is fragmented.
Lead allocation, follow-up commitments, payment records and performance visibility can become unreliable when they depend on separate manual steps. The objective was to design an operational workflow that helps sellers act and gives management a clear view of where intervention is needed.
Build around the team's real workflow.
- Defined lead ownership, deduplication and reassignment rules.
- Structured seller work queues, dispositions, follow-ups and activity history.
- Added governance around registrations, collections and outstanding balances.
- Developed manager-facing views for pipeline health and follow-up control.
- Prioritized reliable lead intake and writeback before adding nonessential features.
Designed and iterated in an operating sales environment.
This is an ongoing internal system. Core workflows have been built and iterated, while reliability repairs and some analytical capabilities remain at different stages of production acceptance. The published case study will distinguish deployed, tested and planned capabilities after evidence review.
Because the underlying system contains company and learner information, any screenshots shown publicly must be explicitly sanitized and approved.
